I don't have staff call me "Justice" in the office. That's not my style. So they call me "Boss." Honest. And a few years ago, Louis--one of my clerks--had a friend who drew a sketch of me as The Boss, and that sits on my shelf. I am very proud of it and am happy to have occasion to use it for a change.

If Bruce Springsteen had gone to law school first, I think we may have heard something like this:
DAY IN COURT
Got a wife and kids in Baltimore, Jack
She slapped a court order on my back
Lawyers' fees eat my take-home pay
For the divorce and the PFA

Everybody's got a day in court
Everybody's got a day in court
Think all my income goes for back support
Everybody's got a day, hey hey in court

I met her in a Kingstown bar
Drank way too much, then got in my car
Cops gave me a test, well I guess I failed
I'm doin' 90 in the county jail

My prison roommate seems the friendly sort

Everybody needs a place to rest
I found the place I do my resting best
I been on jury duty for a while
