This Bibliography covers the relevant state materials, e.g., statutes, regulations, cases, articles, chapters in books, books, and reports for states that were discussed during the Housing Conference. Additionally, the "general" section lists articles, books, reports, etc. that present an in-depth discussion of affordable housing.
Although the Bibliography refers to federal materials, the emphasis is on the states. Federal materials were referenced only when that connection was important for thoroughness.
